On-Line Tee Booking

A new computerised tee booking system will come into operation at the club on: 30th July 2009.

The system we have chosen is BRS Tee Time Manager (www.brsgolf.com) and it is currently in use at many of the top clubs around the country.

The system will allow casual tee times to be booked from your own computer at home or office. For those without a computer at home or office there will be a computer terminal situated in the clubhouse, (within the next few weeks) for member’s use and there will still be a facility to book by ringing the Professionals Shop or Office.

The current practice of displaying start-sheets for Saturday and Sunday on the notice board will continue as usual for the present time, and will not be available online until a later date. You will be notified when we change over to booking the competitions online.

It is intended to hold training and information sessions to help members to familiarise themselves with the system as soon as the facility is available in the clubhouse. The date for this session will be posted on the notice board. In the meantime there are instructions for use on the website or you are welcome to call the office.

  • WHEN YOU INITIALLY REGISTER ON THE SYSTEM VIA THE CLUB WEBSITE YOU WILL BE INVITED TO CHOOSE YOUR OWN PASSWORD. THIS WILL PREVENT ANYONE ELSE FROM BOOKING OR DELETING TIMES IN YOUR NAME. THERE WILL BE FURTHER INFORMATION ON THE CLUB WEBSITE.
  • YOUR USERNAME WILL BE YOUR CLUB MEMBERSHIP NUMBER.

It is envisaged that this system will not only provide a more professional method of booking to play golf but will also give us a wealth of information relating to course usage/projected green fee income/marketing information.

This note is aimed at covering the basics of the introduction of the system. Should you have any questions once you have tried the system please do not hesitate to contact the office.

Online Tee Booking - What you have to do.

1. Register on this website. Register Here 
Your Username is your Membership Number. Set your own Password. Your Membership Type can be found here.

2. Wait until the club has activated your account.

3. You can book your tee time through this website, through the pro shop or the office. There will be a facility to book in the clubhouse within the next few weeks.

4. Competitions can not be booked online at present. The first competition will become available on line at a later date. Please continue as usual until notified of the change.

5. You can ONLY MODIFY YOUR OWN BOOKINGS.

The office and pro shop staff are there to help you get acquainted with the system.
